Profiles and permissions

How your one Silurian login relates to the business (client) accounts you can access, and how to control what each team member is allowed to see and do.

Public guideReviewed 2026-08-25
01

One login, several accounts

You have a single Silurian login, and it can be authorised to access several different client (business) accounts. Switching between them just changes which account's data you're looking at - it doesn't create separate copies of you as a user.

02

Why country matters

Every client account operates under one specific Silurian country. If you find an account of yours on a different country's site, its products, billing and profile details stay hidden until you switch to the correct country domain for that account - this keeps billing, tax and support consistent for each country.

03

What profile information is visible to whom

Your own personal profile data belongs to you and is only visible to you. A client account's profile data (its identity, address, contact and tax details) is only visible to team members who have been explicitly granted profile access - and even then, only a defined, relevant subset of fields is shown, not everything on file.

04

Setting up team roles correctly

Only the account owner can invite or remove team members. Each member can be granted access to all products, only selected products, billing information, or profile information - and it's worth noting that even 'full' product access on its own never includes the ability to manage the team; that stays with the owner alone.
